At Koffieonderhoud BV, we strive for satisfied customers. If an order does not meet your expectations, you can use our returns policy as described below.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Reflection Period)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After reporting your return, you then have 14 days to actually return the product.

After reporting your return, we will refund the full purchase price (including the original shipping costs) within 14 days, provided the product has been received by us in good order or proof of shipment has been provided.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, as far as reasonably possible.
• You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
• If the product is damaged or has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning, depreciation will be charged.

Return costs

Koffieonderhoud BV does not offer free returns. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the order.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used hygiene products (e.g., descaling agents, cleaning tablets, maintenance products)
• Personalized or custom-ordered items
• Consumables with a broken seal
